You may return Guilford books (undamaged) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Computer programs must be returned with all documentation. Audio/video cassettes and DVDs are not returnable except by institutions ordering on preview. (see below) Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip detailing the reason for return and must be shipped via a trackable shipment method, such as UPS. Send returns to:

E-books - We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed, downloaded e-book purchases. Before completing your e-book transaction, please take care to ensure you have purchased the correct format and title and that your e-reader is compatible (remember, Kindles are not able to read our e-books). We encourage you to activate ADE and test your software and system configurations by downloading a free sample e-book before making your first purchase. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact ebooks@guilford.com.

30-Day Preview Policy:

Institutions may order videos to preview for 30 days. If the video does not fit your needs, simply return it at the end of the preview period for full credit, following the return policy described above. If the item is a videotape, please do not ship in fiber-filled envelopes because the small fibers destroy the tape. If you decide to keep the video, pay the invoice that was sent with it. Please note that Public Presentation Rights are granted only upon receipt of payment. Preview copies must be ordered with a valid PO number.
