Online Benefits for Subscribers

Online access is available through Atypon:

Accessing Online Subscriptions: Libraries and Large Institutions

In order for Institutions to set up online access to subscriptions, you must provide us with a static IP address. If you do not have a static IP address, please follow the instructions for individuals (see paragraph below) and we will set up your access with a user name and password.

Fill out the form on this page. List all your IP addresses or IP address ranges in the space provided, as well as the Sub ID numbers for each of your Guilford subscriptions.


Accessing Online Subscriptions: Individuals and Small Institutions

You must register to be able to access your subscriptions online through Atypon. Registering for online access is simple—just send us a quick email at subsonline@guilford.com with "Registering with Atypon" in the subject line. In your email tell us:

  • your name and address
  • the name of the journal(s) or newsletter(s) to which you subscribe
  • your email address
  • and if possible, your Guilford Sub ID number(s). Your Sub ID number is on any renewal letter you've received from us (listed above your name at the bottom of the letter), or on the shipping label on any issue of your subscription in the upper left-hand corner. (If you can't find your Sub ID #, we will look it up for you.)
It will take 7 to 10 days to set up your online access after we receive your email. Atypon will then send you an email containing a link to create your username and password. Once you have received this link you will be able to access your online subscription at: http://www.atypon-link.com.
