Edna B. Foa, PhD, is Professor of Clinical Psychology in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is also Director of the Center for the Study and Treatment of Anxiety.
Terence M. Keane, PhD, is Director and Associate Chief of Staff for Research and Development at the VA National Center for PTSD, Behavioral Sciences Division, VA Boston Healthcare System. He is also Assistant Dean for Research and Professor and Vice-Chairman of Psychiatry at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Keane is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the ISTSS, among numerous other awards. He developed many of the most widely used PTSD assessment measures and is an authority on the cognitive-behavioral treatment of PTSD.
Matthew J. Friedman, MD, PhD, is Executive Director of the National Center for PTSD, White River Junction VA Medical Center, and Professor of Psychiatry and Pharmacology at Dartmouth Medical School.
Judith A. Cohen, MD, a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, is Medical Director of the Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents, Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. With Dr. Mannarino, she has received funding to assess and treat traumatized children since 1986 from the National Institute of Mental Health, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Professional Award from the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children (APSAC) and the Rieger Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Award from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
