About the Author
Christopher Martell, PhD, ABPP, is Professor of Practice in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is also Clinic Director at the Psychological Services Center, the training clinic for doctoral students at UMass. Previously, Dr. Martell had a private practice in Seattle for over 20 years. He has trained and supervised clinicians and provided research consultation around the world, with a focus on behavioral activation treatment for depression.
