An Update from Guilford on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Here at Guilford Press, we recognize that this is a time of great uncertainty for all of us. As a leading publisher of mental health resources, we are committed to offering our support.
In order to maintain the health and safety of our employees, our New York City office is closed and all staff are working remotely. We are endeavoring to keep our operations as normal as possible during this time, and are pleased to report that our warehouse is open and currently operating at near normal capacity. All Guilford staff can check personal voicemail messages, but email and the inquiry forms on our website are the best ways to reach us. The United States Postal Service advises us that customers should expect shipments to take one or two business days longer than normal to arrive.

We will send out statements and checks for those authors with payments due to them in late March. If you have questions or need a copy of your current or past statements sent to you via email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be mailing 1099’s before the end of January to those authors who got payments during 2020. If you have a question concerning your 1099, contact us at email@example.com.
